Each participant must individually register (with possibly additional guests - gala only) - You have to use a professionnal email address (i.e. no xxx@gmail.com)

You will be able to pay the registration fees by bank transfer, check, purchase order or credit card.

Registration fees (! "Early bird" fees available until September 30th !)

Registration fees for the conference are listed below. Registration fees include access to conferences, lunches, coffee breaks for 2 days and gala dinner.

The accompanying person fee includes participation at the gala dinner on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.

The conference is refundable but with cancellation fees (100€ full price and 50€ reduced price)

NB: VAT exemption on registration fees, for EU members, can only be applied if the participant provides the Intra-Community VAT number of the paying establishment

NB: amounts are given excluding tax, the rate of which is fixed to 20 %.

• On-site participant – regular --- 300€ (500€ after 30/09)
• On-site participant – student (Master/PhD) --- 150€ (250€ after 30/09)
• Accompanying person --- 110€

Visas

If you need an invitation letter for a visa, you must register for NICFD 2024 nicfd-2024@sciencesconf.org before we can issue an invitation letter. International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements and should plan travel well in advance.

In particular, please send your request for an invitation letter to nicfd-2024@sciencesconf.org including the following information:

• First name and last name
• Organisation
• Country

Accommodation

Ecole Centrale de Lyon is situated in Ecully, half an hour from Lyon city center, which hosts a wide variety of hotels. Unfortunately, the ticket price does not cover accommodation costs and we are unable to refund travel or hotel expenses for this conference. Please feel free to utilise the booking.com website for local hotels but you are more than welcome to explore other options depending on your preferences or requirements.
